Love my lamp! It arrived looking as it was pictured, it was well packaged, and the plug was US compatible. It does take forever to receive, so be prepared to wait. the bargain was worth to me.

Good lamp arrived as expected. Only the tracking was not good as I needed to ask to get the information about the status. But customer service was quick. Only the cable is to short for high walls.

I bought 3 pendant lamps from Mooielight and they have provided 5 star service throughout. We bought replicas of more expensive lights. The lights are fine but the quality is of course not at the same level as the proper product. I would highly recommend them for their responsiveness and overall great customer service.

Overall I'm happy with the customer service, just my fixtures arrived later than I expected and was told to arrive.

Because you ordered more than twenty lamps, we need to customize a special color, so there are some delays in production and transportation.
