Die Lampen sind sehr schön, die Lieferung schnell , der Kontakt per Mail auch problemlos. 1 Punkt minus, da ich die Lampen nach Lieferung gesäubert hatte ( waren auch Kleber angebracht) und dann vom Rose Ton was abging, es darf, und das sollte man vielleicht mitteilen kein Alkohol im Putzmittel sein. Aber nichts desto trotz sie werden bewundert.

unfortunately delivery was not amazed me because package was damaged a lot and the lamps were somehow scratched however the costumer service had helped me smoothly and solved my complaining with time. thanks

EDITED:
1st set of lights arrived but they were not as per dimensions advertised. Contacted support and they agreed to send another set as per correct dimensions.
Took a long time to receive revised lights. But got them installed in the end and they look great.

Beautiful lamp , shipping delay but good customer service
The lamp is beautiful, good quality and nice look. It arrived very well packaged, there was no damage. My package was delayed for an exceptionally long time in transit because of blockages due Covid-19 but the customer service informed me about the status of my package regularly and I was offered a compensation when the delay exceeded twice the usual shipping time. I would recommend to pay extra for air-based shipping.
