I've used this site for close to a year if not a little over and have ALWAYS been satisfied. The customer service is great, and the rewards system is excellent.

I have been ordering from this company for 5 years without issue. Recently ordered pre-rolls and had to request return which the immediately did. Not sure what all the complaints are about.

I've been a Mood customer for over a year now. I see all these bad customers complaining about this company and I'm so confused. I've never ever experienced any of these issues that people are talking about. I've only had great service with them. Customer service was even sending me email updates when they were going through their change in delivery service. I love this company as well as their products.
