Hello mood promises discreet and confidential packaging, but then they’ll keep sending flyers advertising their weed to you at your address, which is NOT discreet considering the packages are shipped from the same company name. This is false advertising. It is NOT discreet OR confidential. If you live in a multi person household or your landlord gets your mail, do NOT take a chance with this company unless you want everyone in your household and your postal service worker to know you smoke. And if you opt out of their mailers… you still get them and keep having to contact them to stop. They’ve still not stopped sending the mailers and I’ve used them for months now. False advertising.

Googled them once per a friend asking about them now I'm receiving physical junk mail now. Thanks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. for their abysmal customer service. the gummies are legit, but absolutely not worth the hassle. I have lupus and need them for pain. I've only ordered 2 times and both times my shipments were over a week late. I'm still waiting for this last one. and then never again will I order from them. their customer service team does not care and I even had my chat ended while I was in the middle of replying (since there is no phone number to call). rude as all get out! NEVER ordering again.
