I enjoy shopping for my flower at Mood. It's easy, covenant, and it doesn't take long to receive my product. I also enjoy free shipping when you spend 100. The quality and taste of my flower is spot on for me. It does exactly as the product indicated. Now for the bad. I've been buying my flower here at Mood For over 6months now. I've received percentage discounts but now the discounts have stopped. The more I buy the less the discounts. Also I never get any free samples. It's seems to me that a customer supports your product the way I have. I would receive more discounts, not less. So I stop buying from Mood. I felt like I reached level 2 of 3 really quickly and my customer support went down. I will probably buy again just to receive my Mood money I built up but that's it. But I do thank you for your great products

I have been buying from Mood for over a year and the only real issues I have are that sometimes they don't ship out so quickly and it's also not allowable to combine coupons when I think if we spend hundreds of dollars as an avid customer, it shouldn't be an issue because we are still purchasing your products, and will continue to do so even more so with that ability. All that aside, I do always recommend Mood to everyone I know!

Received an order confirmation that differed greatly from the order I actually placed. No idea what happened. Some sort of technical glitch? This technical issue is the only reason I deducted 1 star from the review. Anyway, called their support line, which, not only is it amazing they even offer a phone number to reach a live human being, but, they just happened to be open on the weekend! 🙌 They fixed the issue right away! Already impressed!

We finally had the chance to try the products we ordered earlier (see my previous review), the Hero Dose Rapid Onset and the Morning Delta 9. The Hero Dose was everything it claims to be, and provided a great night’s sleep as well. The Morning Delta was a light and mellow, more uplifting than sleepy-making, and wasn’t munchy-making. We appreciated that! And the convenience of mail order, instead of having to go to a retail store, almost makes these products worth the price, which is great for us older folks, but the “almost” is why we rate the experience four instead of five stars.
