I had been a customer for over a year and had remained so because previous experiences had been reasonable. The products I ordered came as promised and the one other time I did have an issue, it was resolved quickly by customer service. With this most recent order that has not been the case. My shipment has not been delivered as promised, no body knows when or if it will show up, and customer service has done nothing to help. I will no longer be using hellomood.com.

Liked there gummies, set up a subscription and first month was fine. Next month I noticed my order was delayed, found out my card had expired. I went to put new date on site and it wouldnt let me edit my own card. Called customer service and was told they would have to cancel my subscription and I would have to make a new one. customer service was unable to rerun my new card, was told only management could cancel my old card. I was told to wait for an email that my subscription was cancelled and set new one up. When I tried to do this their site wouldnt let me use my new card because management hadnt cancelled old one. After 3 phone calls it was taken care of. Next comes shipping, before it came USPS with no problems. Now they sent it Fed Ex smart post, which has a third party involved. It has been 35 miles from my house for 6 days and missed 4 delivery dates and been on a delivery truck twice and not been delivered. I am currently in the process of trying to cancel everything. Seems I am no longer able to manage my own account either. These guys have went from great to terrible. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

Their delivery service, "Better" Trucks,tells me my item was delivered. It was not!!!! Do not do business with either company. I don't expect they wimake this right. It's been more than a week. Total ripoff!

Order placed 5/30/24 for 1 gram of Slurricane. Order included so-called complementary gummies. Package received on 6/10/24, but only had the gummies. IT DID NOT INCLUDE the Slurricane that I PAID FOR! They are a bogus, sham company with a garbage operation. I expect to be FULLY REFUNDED! It took nearly TWO WEEKS to get a 5 pack of gummies?! FOH!

Got a coupon in the mail. I decided to try it. Put my order in a week ago. Tried to chat to see where it was. They told me it shipped through some better trucks company. I reached out to the shipping company. They told me they had a label created but no product. Talked again to hello mood. Was told it definitely shipped and a refund could not be done. .then surprise after they talked to their manager my product has not shipped. They told me I could get a refund if I refused the package. Scam of a company

I ordered and paid for morning delta 9 in april and never recieved. I have attempted to communicate ane resolve and never heard back ad of may 30. Will eatn everyone i know away

I'm absolutely pissed off I received an ad in the mail for this!!! Please stop sending this CRAP to people. I'm a recovering addict and I don't need advertisements for drugs sent to my house. I also don't need my kids seeing this either.

Still waiting for an answer! I claim your product is completely derived from hemp with a thc content of .3% or less. True or false? If you claim that is false what is the actual thc content and how do you skirt Federal law?
