I sent a question about your products / company and got NO ANSWER. I have asked several establishments here in NY, Maine and Rhode Island about why they can't mail the flowers. They all said that it is illegal. I asked you why you can send products via the United States Postal Service but they can't. Your products are not as strong as the purchases made in the varios locations and my question is why? Nice knowing about your products.

Kush Mintz is in my opinion is the best product on line. Biggest problem would be that they don’t burn evenly

Bad Bad Bad Bad

Mood offered a 20% discount on first order. Got tired of waiting for the email and ordered. Then I got the code. Now I can’t use it. Also on that first order I wanted two different strains. They sent the same one in different packaging. They think we are idiots. Just tried to chat with an agent and he was so slow to respond I ended the chat. Poor customer service and terrible business ethics. I’ll happily take my money elsewhere

I have utterly NOT ONE THING IN THE WORLD AGAINST THE MOOD ORGANIZATION. And I am NOT launching a vendetta. Their ham-handed attempts to respond to complaints about poor customer service are obscene. I DO NOT WANT (and will throw away because I am allergic) a package of freebie THC brownies and 20% off an order I will never again place. NOT ONE WORD about improving customer service -- it just looks like that part is being blown off. What really gets me is their CS supervisor said they want to, "Take care of a fellow Tennessean...". I sincerely wish they would have done that. But customer service remains poor as of this writing and there NO indications anything will be done. Blaming Klarna for a failed order is apocryphal. I called Klarna over this. Klarna claims chronic problems with Mood. Highly not recommended. Order at own risk.

We have had nothing but problems with this company, first off I got very violently ill on sex gummies, and ever since I canceled the order they subscribe me and subscribe me and subscribe me when I call them and tell them we're not subscribed and we don't want anything to do with this company they keep subscribing us and sending us emails saying that we made an order and then recently someone called me from mood we feel like we're being harassed this company sucks. We want our scam orders canceled and the money put back on the original payment method what kind of cockamamie company is this anyway?! Nothing you say mood matters about this review I speak the truth nothing you can do can make it better you guys suck, now you're harassing me asking me for more details when I gave you all the details you need and then some this is what I mean about you guys you're still harassing me

First order in May was great. Ordered three weeks ago and not only do they no longer recognize my account info but also have no sent me link to change pw. Since this company has chosen USPS to facilitate delivery of their products they are subject to charges of mail fraud when they decide to screw their customers. Their choice...their reputation and vulnerability to deal with federal charges. Call your credit card company to relieve your fraudulent charges and ask to block them from further charges.

Ordered on 8/4& did not receive until today the 10th. I had to contact mood 2x regarding my shipment. When the shipment arrived I opened to find my product all over the place. I would strongly recommend you do not buy from this company as shipping & quality is bad!
