Took eight days to get here. Gummies didn't look the same, smaller, and no longer had the sugar coating that it used to which allowed more of the chemical taste to be noticed, and they were a little tougher to chew. Also, I've noticed an imbalance in the product. One feels fine, the next doesn't produce the same effect, and the next just about knocks you out of your socks. Those things taken into effect, I still like the product and will probably order again.

I've looked around and haven't seen any other reviews mention this. I've ordered from Mood 3 times now. No issues with quality or shipping but after the 3rd time, I started getting spammed with phone calls and emails from a "personal mood consultant", trying to offer me deals and discount codes. I've already come back twice now, you don't need to try and convince me and/or sell to me even more. Spamming my inboxes is only going to inspire me to shop somewhere else, where the staff won't pose this issue. 3 stars because the product itself is good.

Great customer service, shipping. The gummies are ok and flower lacking. If they could just lower prices it could make a big difference.

I just started ordering in January 2024. I would place my order and immediately the funds were gone and I would get my order in four days. Everything was literally perfect even the Purple Punch was awesome it was dry and light with reddish color. The taste was great and smell was was amazing. This fourth order went wrong. It started with the system trying to charge me $114 without honoring the Review5 coupon for $5. It declined my card so I tried its second time …. declined again this time for the amount of $113. So then I called my bank to check the status of my card it was all good. So I just created a new order totaling $106 and some change, that order cleared but when I called they kept telling me that they were have issues with their system. I called them several times. I have a perfect like sense of smell and taste this aint what I’ve been enjoying, this what I received taste like that horrible burnt street weed and the smell is weak.
