I have always been pleased with my Mood experiences and products. They always get my orders right and the shipping time line hhas worked out well. I have tried several of Moids products and have to say I have always been happy with the high.

My Mistake and Mood Covered it Really Well. Great Customer Service
I placed an order for some gummies. At checkout, I took the opportunity to add additional gummies at half price. The next day, when I received an order summary email from Mood, I saw that I had ordered the wrong gummies! Two boxes of the wrong gummies! I called Mood. Even though I placed my order the evening prior and this was the next morning, the order was already in the process of being shipped. The very helpful woman I spoke with assured me that there was a simple solution. She would track my order. On the day I received it, she sent me a pre-paid return label. Once Mood received the return package, I had the choice of a refund or a store credit. So the effort on my part for a mistake I made was to make a phone call, print a label and drop a box at the post office. And I still got the gummies I had intended to order.
