They have gone from being dependable…
They have gone from being dependable and timely to horrible and unresponsive. Never had an issue before but now they have 'partnered' with Better Trucks delivery. My order was made may 31. It took 4 days for them ship to Illinois from their base in Oklahoma. I LIVE IN ARIZONA! totally unacceptable. Chatted with MOOD's customer support and just said sorry for the inconvenience. Their ads say 2-4 days . No way that package will get here even this week from Illinois. And Better Trucks has horrible non delivery reviews. Mood lost a customer forever.
