To clarify, our toys do not come with digital guides, nor do we advertise or promise downloadable instruction booklets at this time. We are actively working on adding instructions for all products in the near future (physical and digital). Our products are designed for open-ended, explorative play, and most require only simple setup. That said, we completely understand that some customers appreciate guidance, and we’re always happy to help with suggestions or tips anytime. We are glad your order arrived safely, though we hear your concern about the delivery time. While 12 days is still within our standard delivery window of 5-8 business days (as noted on our website FAQ), we understand it can feel long, and we’re continually working with our carriers to keep transit times as smooth as possible.
