I would give them a negative -10 if I could. Has to be the most horrible customer service I’ve ever seen. And I’ve been in customer service 21+ years. Other than the confirmation of my purchase I’ve received only 1 response to 9 emails and 3 calls. And the only response I got was a tracking number that is only that a tracking number as they have yet to ship my item. They simply produced a shipping label so they could give me a tracking number. This company is a scam and after reading all of the real reviews the people that continue to work for them are every bit a criminal as the people who own the company. You’d be better off giving your money to the homeless. BUYER BEWARE! This company is a scam in addition to being a thieves! And no need to respond with some bs generic response pointing me to contact you through sales@ your company name.com, that’s where the other 9 emails have already went. That’s a waste of time! Here’s an update: This is the response I finally get at the exact same time that they respond to my review! Think now after all they’ve done I trust it’s on the way after numerous times asking for a full refund!? Umm….. no I don’t. But below is the following response I got only after giving a review that they FINALLY checked! Well it won’t let me post it! In short they said with a “fake sorry“ and gave me my 3rd tracking number!? Laughable at best!! Reach out for a copy of the evidence JBlow _ 23 at yahoo Of course with out the spaces and spelling the word(s) out.
