FINALLY!!! I finally got my item. Scores given 1-5 where 1 is Low & 5 Hi. 1) Hassle to get item=5. 2) Stress getting item=5 3)Useless communication with company=5. 4) Worries about getting scammed=5. 5) Likely hood of doing business again =1.

Took 6 weeks after payment to recives the completly wrong order.... It's funny, you're "support team" seems to not communicate... I have an email from your company saying that you're going to refund part of the balance based on photos and the receipt... Then, within ten minutes, I get an email saying, I need to provide more proof that "you" messed up the order. Stay away from this company. It is a scam. Check the reviews of people that are giving them positive feedback.You'll notice their bots.

I didn't receive the shirt I paid for, why are you asking for a review?

I sent two emails shortly after placing the order regarding changing the item order. I didn't receive a return email. Later in the week, I received an email with the tracking number. I then sent another email asking why wasn't my two emails responded to before the item was sent out for dispatch. Again, I didn't receive a return email. When I received the items, the printing on the both sides of the chest was too big that the image continued on to the sides of my chest. They should have made a bigger space between the seam on the side and the actual images. That was the error. Now, I have two images on the chest that curves round the sides of my chest instead of it being in the middle/front of the chest.

Worst quality product I have ever purchased. Requested a refund and it was denied. Only offered store credit and for me to pay return shipping. If the quality I received is the quality I can expect I do not want to support this company at all. Filed a claim with Visa to get my money back.

Ignores own returns policy I checked the returns policy before ordering as I was unsure of the sizing. When I emailed asking to exchange for a smaller size they replied immediately and I was told that after reviewing my request they can only offer for me to send the T-shirt back at my expense and they will "only" charge me 50% of a new T-shirt in a smaller size. It does not state this in the returns policy. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Never again. Update!!! Notice the reply accepts my frustration & the unclear returns information. However, it’s just words. They have not offered to exchange the shirt or reach an acceptable resolution. They are an awful company, do not spend your money with them. There are lots of reputable companies out there. These people are not one of them.

DO NOT shop here! It’s a fraud!!!!! I have been trying to return a shirt and get a refund because the sleeves are two different lengths. I keep getting the same automated email everytime I email them and nobody answers the phone ever and they do not return your phone calls…. Please shop elsewhere
