I ordered a hat reflecting my dates of service, branch, rank, MOS and states Viet Nam Era Veteran. Everything was absolutely spot on! VERY pleased! I would HIGHLY recommend them to any veteran. Very Respectfully, Wayne

The shipping took awhile, and they spelled the name of the ship wrong. Other than that the picture looks beautiful and good quality. Edit: they are resending a shirt with the correct spelling. Customer service was awesome and very helpful. I'm glad my dad has something like this to commemorate some of the best years of his life. Thank you!

Hi Amy Fee With so many great stores to choose from, it’s an honor that you decided to give us a try, and it sounds like we made a great first impression. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Sincerely,
AT
I love the shirt and the quality is good, however it runs very small. I had so much trouble receiving this order that I’m reluctant to return and order again. Trying to reach customer service by phone is hopeless. Automatically goes to voicemail. Email is more effective but gives the impression of a generic response rather than order-specific.

Great shirt. Shipping was a littler longer than told but no worries, nephew loves the Buccos Shirt. Thanks!

The products (three coffee cups and a t-shirt) are excellent. Had problems with shipping. When I got my package one of the cups and the t-shirt were missing (and it took over two weeks to get delivered). The package seriously looked like it had been opened, then re-sealed. I do not believe Monsterry had any idea of what happened. They instantly shipped replacements. That is good customer service! In fact, I ordered another t-shirt the next day. I'll be looking around for more goodies!
