Monport LaserReviews of monportlaser.com

I had issue and they responded right away and took care of the problem with no hassle. Quickly shipped replacement parts. Very good customer service.

I own the Monport 130w industrial machine... from day 1 it has been a workhorse in our business. we cut acrylic and basswood using a 3" lens. the thickest acrylic we cut is 15mm, and basswood the thickest is 8mm, but we have cut 3/4 pine on one ocassion with no problems.. The machine is very well built, the 130w tube cuts thru our materials with ease and usually runs under 16ma for most jobs.... Keep the mirrors clean and replace every 6 months with normal use, We also did updated our laser with the Yongli Red dot laser tube attachment and removed the red dot from the laser tube to allow more freedom of lens change.... I recommend if you are in the market for a large laser and have the room for one, get the 150W, you will not regret the extra power to cut thru material at faster speeds... Kudos to Monport for these well built machines, they usually have discounts and are happy answer any questions. we have had to order some replacement parts and the customer service is very timely and eager to help their customers... Excellent products at a good price... Chuck

The after-sales customer service is top notch, they replied with in the hour with any questions and concerns, initially I had questions over the website and more specific questions regarding stuff that was not standard/found on the product descriptions like future replacement parts when out of the warranty period and they got the answers back to me in no time hence why I made the purchase with Monport at the end of the day. I now have confidence knowing in the future if I need to perform any maintenance, I will be able to source parts.

Last week I received my Reno 65W pro vision. I set everything up right away and when I started my first project I noticed everything was backwards. I looked at all of my settings, checked my mirrors, still everything was backwards. After wasting days on this I finally reached out to Monport Support, they answered right away and said they would look into it. They were very quick they got back to me a few hours later with some suggestions. The very next day I tried doing a test array and it worked. I let them know with some screen shots and they sent me a Thank You! 5 stars to the support team!

Very help to and understanding to the problem.

Bought a Monport Laser Engraver 2nd hand and it was missing a part. The customer and tech support effectively assisted me and got me the info needed to order the part. What I thought was going to be a tooth pulling experience turned out to be great!
