When I needed to change the phone number for my whois entry, I asked for instructions. I was speedily given these instructions. I followed said instructions - or so I thought. Actually, I messed up somewhere along the lines. The Moniker customer service rep checked - without my asking - to make sure I'd managed to make the changes I wanted to make. He noticed I hadn't, so emailed me to ask if I'd like him to do it. I said yes. He did it. In an industry where I normally end up speaking to a bot, that's pretty damned good; hence, this review.

I switched to Moniker for my email base. I was first setting up my wife's email on a Windows 10 computer. Part of my reason for switching was I had been unable to get it working with the previous company. In the process I made a number of careless and silly mistakes. I could not see what was wrong but Adrian, (at Moniker) found them all and let me know what needed to be corrected. Next I needed to setup an account on my iMac. I made a similar error and Adrian found the problem easily. He was very patient with me in each case. The prices at Moniker were a decided improvement over what I was paying elsewhere.
