I purchased $2000 worth of silver from MME in 2023. I just called them to sell them back and was immediately told that I was on their do not sell list!!! They are the only company that I have purchased metals from. I have never contacted them regarding anything in the past two years, neither bought or sold anything! They refused to tell me why I was on the list and was told that there was only a director to speak with, put on hold and they hung up. I have done nothing wrong. Good to know that if you buy from them, they won't honor there buyback. Needless to say, I am very upset! Anyone else have this problem?

Lacks transparency ! The overall process is not a good one and not in the same class with TREATY . Advance solution and good pay .

Don't make the mistake of giving them your phone number. I asked for info via email and they immediately called me. Then argued about me telling them I didn't appreciate unsolicited phone calls.

Extraordinarily incompetent unprofessional organization

Quality control is, well, there is none obviously. They do not check their coins or packaging before sending them out. I have ordered 3 times and twice there was something damaged. The first time the plastic sleeve with their logo on it was torn half way through. I was embarrassed to give that as a gift. I contacted them and requested a new one. The response was that they would pass that along to the appropriate dept. and have somebody else take care of it. I never heard from them again. This last purchase which was a 2 oz silver coin I paid way above spot for came with a huge nick on the edge as if it was dropped on the floor, edging is filled with dirt or something and there are marks on the face of the coin, obviously something wrong with the die they were using. How could they send something like that out? It boggles the mind. Never again. I'll go with Bullion Express. Great customer service there and coins have been in pristine condition.

they changed my carrier and fedex lost my package and they refused to file a claim with the carrier. I have done business with them for years but a true test of a company is when something happens, dont exspect any help from customer service and please dont order anything but expecially not something expensive.

I'll make a long story short. Package never made it into my state; however, I didn't know that. Seven days had lapsed by the time I knew it was considered lost so when I called the co. they said since I hadn't called within 7 days of the package being sent they couldn't send a replacement. They sent a check minus about $80.00. So, I have no coins and they have $80 of my money. I have already purchased about 10 silver rounds from another company.

I have purchased silver before and it was OK. This last purchase was for 2 grandsons One was a “Happy Birthday” and the other a Congratulations for Graduation. They put it all in one box. I was extremely disappointed. So i had to go search for a suitable box as everything is this week. Customer service was very unhelpful and said they sent the tiny little cardboard box with their name and where the silver was purchased. A letter to the Ceo brother did not respond. So as iI am 88 it will arrive for these significant celebrations. They need a new customer service. Oh yes! They wanted to charge $10 for a second tiny little cardboard box And they absolutely flood email and screen with their ads adding to their bad seevice
