The company took the money for an order immediately via ACH from my checking account. 10 days later I have not received the items or a shipping notification about my order. I reached out to them twice via their website contact tools and personal email. Each time my queries have gone unanswered. THEY DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED AND PAID FOR BUYERS - BEWARE

IN good faith you go through the purchase commitment and 'contract' with MoneyMetals. If prices rise too much whilst your money transfer arrives, they just cancel the order. They win if prices go down and you lose both ways. BE CAREFUL. Not a lot of morals or ethics about this company.

I am a 100% Disabled Combat Veteran. I have spent $$$$$$ with this company. I have personally spoken with the owner Clint. I still have a Very Sour "taste in my mouth" over the way I was treated. I have been in and out of the hospital this year. I did not get the payment to them I soon as would have liked too. I am no longer allowed to buy from this company. Clint would not speak with me about this situation. He made on of his costumer service reps tell me. Great way to treat your customers CLINT.....MSG PSL (ret)

I made the MISTAKE of ordering from this DESPICABLE RACIST COMPANY without knowing that is what they are!! Now they will increase their sales because there are a lot of people like them! How can they mint a coin for Charlie Kirk? A lowlife racist that said he was against legislation that gave BLACK AMERICANS THE RIGHT TO VOTE? Almost 500 years in our great country and building the WHITE HOUSE. Free slave labor. Only native American Indians have been here longer than us and possibly the first Europeans that came here? STAY AWAY FROM MONEY METALS EXCHANGE if you believe in equality and reject RACISM!!!!

Just received the order A651211 10 on 8/5for coin set different dates/different marks. Cost was $1,000 Very disappointed for this when the ad clearly states that different mintages includes S, CC, D and O. I only received 2 coins marked O and none other. I called and written and they have not resolved this misleading ad. Only dates were different not mintages. Very misleading. Some coins had ink. Avoid

Hackers Paradise Someone did a fraudulent ACH transfer from my savings account and purchased from them. They would not reverse or refund the money to my account.
