Money Metals has always done very well. My orders have shipped in a timely fashion and they have been spot on in accuracy. Spoke to customer service about a discount that I was not getting.They politely did a phone order so that I would be sure to get it. Later, I realized that I was not really eligible for the discount but they gave it to me gladly any way. Also like their discounts for repeat purchases..

I would go here before ANYWHERE. Have for YEARS. GREAT prices. Great inventory. But a special shout out to Clint. This is the big dog there, who took time out of his day to PERSONALLY take care of an issue I had. Something went wrong on the card machine and maxed it out. Neither one of us had the money. I was going to have to wait 10 BUSINESS DAYS for the bank. I woulda been destroyed by fees. He got on a 3-way call with my bank and resolved the issue. I need to mention he CLEARLY didn't want to have to deal with this late on a Friday. No one would. But he did it. And he was nice and I could tell he had to try. LOL. There was NO MONEY on the line here BTW. He wasn't locking down a Big sale. Probably missed dinner with his family. Thank you Clint. You rock. Your business Rocks. I am so grateful because MOST people would NEVER have done this. But you did. And it was at LEAST 30 mins on a crackley 3way call. And this is no 3 person crew. It's a 60+ crew and he is a very busy guy. I wish every business owner was like this. Thanks again man. I know it sucked for you but you relieved my stress. saved me and my credit score from a hit and went above and beyond. Imagine a CEO or Owner doing this for a small fry like Me? I'm not making million dollar orders! I was getting chest pains over it and hell from my wife, and... just THANKS. I would have been VERY upset had he not done this. But I didn't expect it. I've shopped the internet for YEARS. Done business with 100 places. I go back to MM since I found them and will continue to do so. 5 stars. BTW they are all nice there!
