I have had a customer relationship with Money Metals Exchange (MME) for more than seven years and it has been fantastic. In August, 2026 one of my purchases was lost by UPS. Needless to say I was very disappointed and worked with Amber in the MME lost division to recover the lost merchandise. UPS never located the missing package and MME sent a replacement package using a different carrier which was received in two business days. Although I had to wait the required 30 day investigation period, Amber kept me constantly apprised of the status of replacement which I appreciated. Thank you MME.
