I've ordered from MME on a number of occasions. Not once has there ever been what would have been described as "a problem."

I've been buying metals from MMX since 2014, the purchases online were problem free, I always received my orders in a timely manner. Last week was the first time I ever "sold" some of my metals to them and their customer service was awesome, they were very patient answered any questions and concerns I had. Long story short, I received a check within the time frame specified, I'm very pleased and satisfied!

First order was (three) 2oz silver coins from British Royal Mint… excellent transaction… Second order was (twenty) 1oz silver American eagles which came in today… excellent transaction, fast shipping…

I ordered from MME and had a great experience. All arrived as scheduled. No problems with any of the orders. Items were packaged well and arrived as requested.

Been doing business with MoneyMetals for 2 years ranging from shipped product and self directed IRA with storage. Nothing but excellent service and solid delivery experience. They have one of the best web sites for on-line bullion dealers. Easy to search, lots of products and clearly posted premiums. No other web site delivers this value.

I hope all these reviews are from unsatisfiable people. I just ordered $5000 worth of PAMP gold bars and now I'm reading all these horrible reviews. Please change my mind. Hope this company does me right so I can give a great review🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

It's hard for me to believe that Money Metals is getting all these bad reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Product selection is great along with great detailed information, followed by very reasonable pricing. There is always someone cheaper out there, but cheaper doesn't always mean better. Shipping has been lightning fast for me as well. Every item I have purchased has been delivered in excellent condition, discreetly, as well as exactly as described. I will continue to purchase most if not all my precious metals from Money Metals.

I bought 500 oz of Silver Maple leaf coins, the price was $2 less than my usual go-to, SD Bullion... not sure why... delivery went smoothly, no problems... FedEx delivered. SD Bullion today is a good bit lower... and due to the nasty reviews here I will count myself lucky and stick with SD Bullion in the future. I wonder if some review here are for MONETARY Metals... an entirely different company and yes, they look smelly...
