Received on time. Was able to track shipment throughout the process. The pre 1965 coins i ordered were in better condition than I had expected. I have purchased some from another supplier that showed considerable wear, although that is typical. Paid with a credit card, and the process was unbelievably smooth. In my following orders i paid using a check in the mail.

I've been dealing with this company for years and never had a problem. I've bought Gold and Silver bullion many times and also use their depository service. Money Metals offers excellent service and I highly recommend them.

I’m somewhat surprised by all the negative reviews here. I recently made a purchase of platinum bullion, that was delivered in only two business days - everything was well packaged and arrived just as it should have. Because of price fluctuations in the precious metals market and the potential for someone to try and substitute their original purchase with a counterfeit, it makes sense for all sales to be final. (same policy your stockbroker has) I found the premium above spot price at Money Metals to be reasonable and in line with other online retailers and shipping was free.

I have used this company for all of my transactions purchasing both silver and gold. Based on my research they have the best prices and I have never had an issue with them at all.

I purchased this piece for each of our grown kids for their birthdays this year (2024). I can hardly wait to give it to them. My husband & I are very pleased with the rounds and are planning to purchase more. I like the way it looks like a huge nickel. It's beautiful! Our kids are collectors of coins/ currency and I can hardly wait to see their faces when they open this gift. I also want to add that upon purchase, the pieces arrived in a timely manner and were packaged with care. Thank you, Money Metals for a positive experience, this was my first purchase with y'all.

Over the previous few years, my wife and I have bought products from MMX. They have delivered exceptional service. They often have the lowest prices I have recently seen. I STRONGLY advise you to give them a chance. Working with MME will be enjoyable, I'm sure of it.

These gold bars are just beautiful! Ordering from this company has been a great experience for me. About three years ago, I started making purchases from Money Metals, and I have always received the best customer service possible. They offer competitive pricing and fast delivery. I would definitely suggest them and feel totally confident making purchases from them.
