I have purchased a significant amount of gold and silver through Money Metals Exchange, since 2020 and have never had an issue. When I call to check on an order, or ask a question, I get a live person, not a AI prompt. They are a little more expensive than some of their competition, but not by much.

I have been buying silver and gold ingots from Canada for nearly twenty years. I had to find a new seller so I tried Money Metals. I buy one thousand dollars monthly so shipping and speed are my main concerns. I had gotten a quote from another company for 3 one oz gold coins and a 100oz silver bar. They quoted me $800.00 more. I had bought from them before when they were Independence Bullion. This was my first time under the new name. I just checked my bank account and the amount deposited was a bit less than what I was quoted. I was certain I sent them 1oz coins, but upon calling them they said it was 1/2 oz coins. Fortunately, they open everything under camera and weigh it out. So, to me that's a great thing. I don't ever recall buying 1/2 ounce because I always bought 1oz. That said, my memory isn't the greatest. But it's great to know now that I can review it on tape to ease my mind. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed in was the lack of a phone call to discuss being that it should have crossed someone's mind that I was mistaken rather than just changed my mind and sent 1/2 oz instead.
