Great overall experience.

I've called about questions several times and each time I get a real human and usually after the first ring. My questions were clearly answered and I always was treated respectfully.

I can’t say enough about Money Metals! They earn reviews like mine with every transaction. Their service, products, fair pricing and follow up is impeccable! I have no problem referring them to anyone wanting to purchase precious metals. I have been a customer for about three years now and will continue to be due to their excellent service. They are definitely a (5) Star company!

This was the second time that I bought from MME. Both times the sale went as smooth as could be. Everything went as they said it would. I was notified every time there was a change. When they received my check, when they deposited my check, when it cleared their bank, when they shipped my package. and about ten days after I received my package I received a phone call asking how every thing went, and if I had any problems or complaints. And OH, their prices were good.
