MISSING MERCHANDISE NEVER DELIVERED. I have recorded calls of four of Money Metals staffers laughing about my missing order and claiming it was a favor to me if they did anything at all with such a small order. Then Clint, the low class supervisor who everyone else claimed was out of the office that day, answered the phone!!! He went on to tell me that I need to be more polite to his thieving lackey staffers even though they spent an hour lying and laughing about my missing money. While I'm sure Money Metals does good business with bigger clients, beware, if you're a small customer, you're garbage to Money Metals.

How this company rates so high on reviews is a complete mystery to me I've never dealt with them before but they sent me a $54 intro on a 1 ounce .999 silver coin Which I purchased, only to find out after I checked out that it was $13 in shipping to ship one coin??!! That's a "bait and switch" and that's not right, as they could've easily shipped it for a dollar! In my opinion, this company is rip off for the little guy anyway I'll stick to e Bay no problem there! John Geraci

I purchased an order below $199 and was charged $12.99 for shipping, no processing fee. I made another purchase over $199.00 below spot and they charged me a $12.29 processing fee. Either way there was a fee that made the coins above spot. $12.99 is the highest shipping fee from dealers I deal with. "Buyer Beware" Customer service gets nasty when questioning their ways.

This company is SHADY. I made a $2000+ purchase via ACH transfer, which was cleared the next day. They sat on my money for a week before starting to process my order, even after a phone call. When my Sigma Investor machine arrived, it had been opened by MMX, and reeked of smoke like a chain smoker had been sitting there using MY machine for a couple days before shipping to me. I made a complaint to Sigma, and they confirmed my order was sent to MMX brand new and completely sealed. Read through Money Metals reviews through a few sources and you will see a pattern of unethical business practices all over.

I suggest that anyone purchasing from them take a screen shot of the agreed price with the "time remaining " clock included , then take a second screen shot after making the purchase to keep the time frame history . They will claim you missed the allocated time to lock the price . They will adjust the price upwards so be aware .

I made several purchases for Money Metals and waited quite a while to receive them. One of the purchases I made was $7700 worth worth of silver that I never received. I contacted FedEx that said they delivered the package that I never signed for and then I contacted Money Metals and they did a review and said they will not be able to send me a refund or replacement metal. So now I’m out $7700 when I thought that these companies had insurance for this. This is horrible. I will never use them again. Buy a beware.

When my package went missing within the usps system I contacted money metals through email and phone calls. They refused to send me a confirmation email saying I made first contact. I disputed the charge and they put me on a do not do business with list. All I got from the transaction was a stolen email address that’s bombarded with messages now.

Beware of Money metals! I have purchased gold and silver for years with Battalion, Goldco, American Hartford and others. I have purchased over $5,000 with Money Metals. I put an order in when silver was $120 an ounce and cancelled with in 6 hours as it plummeted. Silver then went to $82 and stayed there for over 2 weeks. The customer service rep I spoke with was immediately confrontational and just ornery. Money Metals told me that they bought the silver at $120 and stayed there ounce and therefore I owe them. They took the money over $1800 from my account without my permission. This company not only lost a good customer they have gained a lawsuit. There is no way in hell they were on the hook for silver at $120, they are liars and very poor and unprofessional people to deal with. Stay far away with your money.
