When I was ready to purchase I had a few questions on how to proceed and the method they use to get the product to me. When I called they answered all my questions completely and assisted me with the purchase that I selected. They keep in touch during shipping with tracking and email as well as after the delivery making sure there were no questions or concerns on my side of the delivery. I enjoy investing in silver as you can find so many unique pieces from all over the world. I invested in two pieces in my last order and didn't realize until I received it, that it had both Life and Death in it at the same time... The 1 oz Ireland Tree of Life Silver Round, and the 3 oz Dead Man's Deal Silver Card. I plan to come back for the other Cards being sold, and for any other cool, unique piece Money Metals may have at the time. The service is great and I like that they have different methods of payment. Communication is top notch, always letting you know the status of your investment. Great Company!

I'm very happy with the product itself. I paid via my bank account, and I was able to see the payment taken out the same day, yet the order did not ship for almost a week? And the day before it shipped, the price dropped so I called into customer service and asked for the rebate since the price dropped, but they said the price was set for the day I purchased the order, yet it did not ship for 1 week? Paying via bank account is the fastest way to pay, yet it takes a week to ship out. I am very happy with the product!!
