DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order and immediately cancelled it. They charged me a hefty fee to cancel even though I cancelled it within five minutes. If I could leave a zero score or less I would.

Dave and Jan here - we lost a little but learned a lot. Their products from Money Metals Exchange are questionable at best regarding purity of the metals, the weights (you receive always less than advertized) and the quality of the products are mediocre at best. Do not be surprised if you receive a product that you didn’t order, because they can substitute at will. If you call customer service, they are rude and unhelpful and direct you to the fine print of their services agreement. The shipping is atrocious, assuming the product even arrives, since again, according to the fine print, shipping is your responsibility. It is interesting that they only post glowing reports on their website since they won’t post negative reviews, but on Trust Pilot, they rate 2.4/5 stars, with 67% rating them bad and 78% poor to bad. Also interesting is the excellent reviews regarding Money Metals Exchange on Trust Pilot are almost exactly the same as those that appear on their website. Consumer, you have been warned, beware of this company and purchase elsewhere at such reputable firms such as Kitco, AmPex, JM Bullion or Silver-Gold Bullion that stand by their products, shipping and customer service.

These people really suck. Really bad customer service. Crappy shipping and very very bad quality. Spot prices way too high

Money Metals' latest super 'investment' is a silver skull made with 15+ oz of .925 silver - pay attention here: it's not even .999 silver so the value per oz is less than the current spot of $21.26. In any case, using the spot price as if it were .999, the value of the silver is $318.90. The ask for the skull is $1229.00: so approx. 75% of the "value" is blue sky. However, IF you think starting with a $910.10 deficit is a "good investment", then you might also wish to check out their 1 oz copper rounds - at ONLY $1.84 cents each. Now, keep in mind that copper is not Troy - it is dealt in regular oz @ 16 to the pound; so you are purchasing copper @ $29.44 per pound - current price of copper is $4.17 a pound meaning you have a starting position at an 85% deficit of cost to value. Also keep in mind that pre-1982 pennies are 95% copper - 9.3 of them constitute an oz ( ie: that $1.84 copper round has a reality value of $ .093 -- yep: less than 9 1/2 cents ). On the other hand, you can get Trump on the copper round - clearly making them worth at LEAST twice as much ( -- about $ .19 each )

High premiums & terrible prices. Borderline on a scam. If you are buying as investment, if you buy 1oz/purchawe know that Gold will need to hit near $2500/oz prior to any profit possible from your purchase. What's worse - the premiums are even HIGHER on smaller quantities- with premiums on 1/10 oz being nearly 50% = $3000/oz gold to make a profit. Caveat emptor (I have purchased from them before, but a "special")

MME, charge me extra for shipping and when usps failed to delivery they told me once they gave it to the shipper, it was no longer their responsiblility and I was responsible to track the package and insure it gets delivered. I am a truck driver and im hardly home, so now I have to take time off from work to travrl to pick up the package from the post office before they send it back and if I cant get back to the area fast enough MME says im S.O.L if they send it back, dispite paying for the insured delivery.

My name is christa Evans. This for clarification. I ordered 100 silver rounds for my friend on my cell phone because she is not computer savvy. It was confirmed and she will also receive a half dollar as a gift. We have different names and live at different locations 45 minutes away from each other. When I placed my order of 100 silver rounds a little later there was a price difference of 18 usd. On top of it NO gift of a silver half dollar I sent an email questioning it but they answered negatively only one per household. I replied we live in different locations. From there on I heard nothing anymore. Each order was over 2600 usd That will be the last time I will deal with this outfit. Their customer relations are the pits
