Thought they were a reputable company, had an order issue with the website, made a duplicate order, wired them the funds and received a call the following week stating I made another purchase and I needed to pay. After I explained the issue, they didn't want to hear about it. I ended up having to pay the loss over spot with the the silver I had not fully realized I purchased yet they don't ship the silver I did purchase right away. Their explanation was that they had 'my' silver and ordered additional silver to replace the loss in stock. Yet the shipping was delayed by a week as stated on their web-site, why would you delay shipping for an item I purchased/paid for and made a good faith deal if you had it in stock? Lie, lie, lie then steal steal steal. You get what you deserve if you choose to deal with them. Many more options out there.

I feel I was deceived. I clicked on the JM Bullion and this site came up. I thought Bullion had changed their format. Then I read the reviews for this organization which were in the dumps. Then I see that they don't allow you to cancel your order. I considering turning them into the Federal Trade Commission

I ordered 5 random coins out of a 5 options. Only one of the 5 offered was boring music instruments, the rest where cool animals. Figured I'd get a few cool animal ones. Recieved and opened to find all 5 the same and the music coins. That's not random , that's a sleazy move for them to get rid of the least popular coins . When I complained they said they would buy them back at reduced price . What a bad company, guess they rather deceive customers instead of repeat customers. Stay away

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASE!!!!! the change the price of the silver after I had completed the order, yes it was only 10 cents per once, but on a order the size I made it was significant. also they got their money according to my bank, and then you wait, and when you call them, they say it has not made it to their bank, bunch of bunk. then they also will not ship the product like they should, been three weeks and still waiting for an acknowledgement that they got the money, and that they are shipping the product. I called and got the run around, and still waiting. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!

Don't use this company, PERIOD! They try to trick you into following a lot of pages on their web site and then they act as though you made a commitment. I decided not to make a purchase until I had done more research but just because they got me to give them some of my personal information they started collection's activities against me. I never agreed to anything and they are trying to get money for holding something. I have no idea what that means?? They are a total fraud and a big time scammer operation. Do not do business with them or you will probably regret it.

This company sent me to collections for silver I ordered but never paid for because they needed a cashiers check and my bank is not local so it was too much of a hassle and I canceled the order. I did not receive the order and it was never shipped. They are claiming that because they did not receive payment, they had to take it off the market for a couple of days and then resell it. We are talking about less than $200 worth of silver. However the prices for silver went up so they actually benefited from me not purchasing the silver. Had it been a huge order and they had legitimately lost money, I could see their point. But they actually benefited from this. If anything they should be honest and only charge people for a reduction in the market cost that may be caused them to lose money. I could understand that, may be a few dollars on $200 purchase. But they are trying to charge me for the entire amount. If that’s the case, they should at least be compensating me for the silver. But they don’t offer that, they just want the full $200 in exchange for no goods. I’ve never heard of a company sending you to collections for a product you never received. I see there are many other people complaining about the same thing. They are harming my credit and I will be suing them through small claims court for damages.
