Very slow delivery. Customer service was not pleasant to speak with. I ordered on the 3rd of April and haven't received my order as today the 17th of April.

I tried them out because they were supposedly reliable and fast. So far, the shipping is not impressive. I'll update when I've received my order. By the way, there are cheaper places to shop as well. I was disappointed when I saw some other rates after my purchase.

I wish I had read the many, many negative reviews here first. The company has deceptive advertising and their customer support is rude. First, the company uses other company names as keywords in Google search engine so their company pops up, so at first glance you believe you are at another company's website. Then they boldly highlight a certain delivery delay, but after the order is complete and it does not ship within the expected time, they will tell you the actual delivery delay is 3 times longer. When confronted about this, they are rude and condescending. The company manager made it clear they do a high number of transactions so the customer is just a number. I tried to reach out to the company president to inform him how his staff works, and my request was ignored.

Buyer Beware if doing business with this company, after finally receiving my gold coin it was not as described. I purchased a 2 1/2 gold coin supposidly in very good condition paying over $450. the back bottom 1/3 of the coin is extremely shinny and has straight line scratches. it looks like someone tried to polish it using a wheel or steel wool leaving lots of deep fine lines CS said send pics and they stated it was just natural wear finally said to send it back and they would refund my money. called back to get the address and was told they would only pay melt value so would only get about 1/2 of what I paid. Looks like an old switcheroo and scammy type practices to me, My best advice is to find a company that is truthful and stands by their product. Not this one. typed as my partner dictated and sent for him

I had delivery problems in Maryland near DC because they use USPS. I watched two deliveries go in circles between three USPS sort facilities. I tried to intervene with USPS but never ever even got a response or a live person. Anyway, I called MME and told them about this and requested they use either UPS or FedEx. They told me they would continue to use USPS. Then a delivery never showed up. Nor could you track it using the USPS tracking number. I contacted MME, they told me to call back in a month if it wasn't delivered. I felt that was ridiculous, but waited a month. Still no delivery, so MME opened an investigation and told me to sign a form, return it and they would send me a replacement shipment. I did that, they acknowledge receipt, and I forgot about it. About a month later, I called MME to see where my shipment was. Angela said she called me numerous times but I didn't answer, and that the electronic signature had to be ink. This made me a bit upset because I never received a call or an email from MME about this. I redid the form and then she told me they would replace the shipment this once as a courtesy because I didn't respond fast enough to her NON-CALLS. Enough is enough, this infuriated me, though I continued to be nice with her. I requested a manager to contact me. They have never called me so I am done doing business with them.

I purchased several hundred 1oz silver rounds and the quality is poor. I sent them pictures and no response. They are very rough around the edges and inferior to other rounds purchased from other suppliers. Very disappointed.

Fraudulent people. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from them. Very very very rude customer service. SD bullion is bazillion times better and also cheaper. Check and compare prices and then buy. Not worth to pay extra $$$$ for crappy service. These people are nothing but extortionists

WARNING WARNING WARNING Site is not intuitive. If you don't select payment method, you can hit the wrong payment method and they will deliver to an unintended address. Then when you cancel the order, they inform you that they will turn you over to a collection agency rather than try and work through their mistake with you. I am glad I didn't order more as I originally planned, or I would have had a bigger fight on my hand. Sadly, I don't know what the product could or could not be since I have never received it. Luckily, I have a credit card company that will work with me. Also make sure you make a screen shot of the transaction as you order. It is the only way you will be able to stop unscrupulous dealers such as this from sending you to collections, thus threatening your credit rating.
