Order shows as delivered...signed for by postal deliver worker. $1000 down the drain. Found out the provided insurance was only $100.00. Money Metals say they never received any emails and time for reporting lost package has passed. Had to call customer service and post office to be told nothing could be done. Buy local and don't trust delivery form this company.

You might as well roll down the window and fling your money into traffic. Money Metals does not enforce their shipping policy, this is the second time this year my parcel was stolen. By USPS no less. My shipments require a signature and they let USPS do whatever the F they want!! So this is partially on Money Metals and partially on USPS. Now. We know USPS carriers are as worthless as two tits on a boar hog, but MM can at least enforce their own damn policy. Do not buy here, go to JM Billion.

Their customer service rep is a tyrant, he would not work with me to find a method for resolution, and next thing I know had stolen part of my money I was owed by buying my metals back at a very cheap rate. I would tell everyone to be wary of working with a company that brands itself as a reputable company, but in the end is very dishonest and cheats their customers.

My shipment was stolen by UPS and Money Metals will not honor the insurance claim. I am getting no help, they stole $5k from me and Money Metals, just says, sorry, not our fault. You are screwed. Never do business with this company. Buy locally! DO NOT TRUST THEM! They do not stand behind their product!

JUNE 1,2023 SPOT> LESS .15 CENT buy back /FOR YOU TO SELL BACK TO THEM premium; NOT POSTED OR INFORMING THE VAULT HOLDERS or telling VAULT HOLDERS "It is IN FACT, an actual unmentioned deduction FROM YOUR HOLDINGS they prefer to skip over for their specific benefits only at another COST TO YOU. May not seem like much but when you buy by the 100's; to BUY, IT COST YOU EXTRA $175.00 on top your spot price per 100 Oz's. and if you want to sell that 100 Oz's Now you have to lose $15.00 or just ADD $190.00 on to any transaction per quantity purchase of 100 you make. May still not seem like much but NOW you just gave them @ $20.00 an oz NEAR 10 ounces of silver FOR FREE ..An oz to sell back to them when a week ago there was no mention of this kind of undercutting them buying your silver back. On top of paying them $100 per year in advance VAULT maintenance. SO SILVER HAS TO GO UP IN PRICE at least $4.00 minimum per oz... for you to break even to get your original investment back years down the road at least 4 years for changes like that to come around in silver and the odds get smaller for the consumer as your maintenance fees are NOW adding up too, to losing100's of ounces TO THEM over a ten year period. THEN by charging: A buy in< and buy out premium. Whether they CALL it a premium or NOT or (Don't mention it at all) IS TO ONLY DISCOURAGE you from buying at all when they trip you up as they have me twice NOW. AND also helping stagnate ALL SILVER FROM EVER MOVING OUT OF THE $24 00 range UP OR DOWN ever. DOING THIS CAUSES the PRICE PER OZ at a PUSH BACK FROM RISING IN VALUE so long as they have your holdings where you'll never in ten years or so make an extra $4/5.00 PER OUNCE TO COVER YOUR ORIGINAL INVESTMENT, let alone any interest to call profit of more than, less than 2% per DECADE at this rate as of June1, 2023. I'm pretty sure with these guys , and they know it too just by this little unmentionable to how desperate they really are , if or when it all comes crashing down, these people and any silver they tell you they're holding in a vault for you... will disappear along with your gold platinum plutonium and even COPPER, and some scrap aluminum too. But they will be open down the street under a different name with all your precious metals they say are theirs NOW for changing their name, and owe you nothing.

this co doesnt deserve even 1 star. they're a scam that doesn't deliver anything and then charge you phony fees for non delivery. stay far far away.

UPDATE: The day after filing this complaint, the company contacted me by email stating they will send me the referral coins in May (they process them once a month on the 15th). I will delete my complaint when I receive the referral bonus. I have placed several orders from Money Metals Exchange over the past couple years and was always satisfied until.... March 2023- I referred a friend to Money Metals Exchange last month and she purchased 860 Walking Liberty coins totaling over $24,000. Money Metals Exchange advertises that they will give you a referral bonus of 1 American Eagle 1 ounce silver coin plus an additional American Eagle for each $5,000 they purchase, plus they will give the new purchaser a 1/2 ounce silver coin. I was on the call with my friend as she placed her first order with me as the referring member. She was traveling and would not be available at her residence, so she asked if they could ship it to my address so she could pick it up from me on her way back through my area. When I received a letter today from Money Metals Exchange, I was reminded of the referral and called them to ask about it. I was told my friend would have to call them, so I asked her to. I then got a call back and was transferred to the man that sold her the coins (James, I believe) and he said because it was sent to my address where we live together, they wouldn't honor the referral. We do not live together, I live with my wife in Idaho and my friend lives in Arizona. When my friend talked to another agent at Money Metals Exchange, she was told that they wouldn't honor it because she didn't say she was referred by me. NOT TRUE! I was on the call with my friend when she placed the order. I introduced myself to the man as a current customer and said that my friend wanted to place an order. Is that not a referral? He didn't say anything about not honoring the referral fee because the coins were being shipped to my house, nor does their advertisement state that. We could easily send a photo of our ID to show the separate addresses. I have cancelled my auto ship with them and will no longer deal with this shady company.

I ordered junk silver, I didn't receive it, but I got their good-silver. (they made a profit)!) Realistically, no one is in business to lose! I tested their honesty- (at a small fee). Don't invest too much until you're sure of the integrity? I don't think I'll ever do it again! They're off my list!
