Fabric excellent quality, fit perfect. color flattering

If I could leave zero stars I would, stay clear of this company, ordered a dress for my daughters wedding, the dress didn't fit so needed to return the dress and re-order another, however the returns is not straight forward and frustrating, they offered me part payment for the dress if I returned, instead I ended up with just £33 towards alterations which actually cost me alot more than that,

Zipper on skirt was sewn in on the wrong side. Flimsy! I had to take it to a seamstress to alter 2 of the 3 pieces. Surely was not made to fit my measurements given.

My Mom ordered a dress from here using her size. The dress is beautiful, but it was too small, so she needed to return it. She got a RMA number and asked me to return it for her. I'm posting here to let everyone know that it needs to be returned to Hong Kong and the cheapest option was $162. That is about the same cost as the dress itself. Please beware that while this company is doing business in the US, it is not accepting returns in the US.

BEWARE, BEWARE Never buy from Mondressy. If you are not happy, for any reason, with your purchase you will not get a full refund. Size, color, changed mind, didn't like the way it looked etc. does not matter. If you choose to return it will cost more than the original purchase

I love my flowy 3 piece pantsuit from MonDressy! The color is exactly as shown online, and the quality is very good. The pants and top fit perfectly, though the jacket was a bit large. Customer service was fast to reply and very responsive, helping to make sure the jacket fit just right. I would definitely order from them again!

I would strongly advise UK customers to be very careful before ordering from this company. I ordered a dress based on the photographs and description on their website. What arrived was materially different. The fabric feels cheap, the quality does not reflect the price charged, the sizing is completely wrong and, most importantly, the structure, shape and overall appearance of the dress are nothing like the dress advertised. When I complained, the company claimed the dress had been made according to their picture. However, they then attached a picture to their email which was not even the same as the original picture on their website. I therefore have three different versions - the dress originally advertised, the different dress shown in their subsequent email, and the completely different dress I actually received. Another major concern is that the company’s name includes “UK”. I was not made aware when ordering that the goods were being supplied from China or that I would be expected to pay international postage to China to return them. Had that been made clear before I ordered, I would not have purchased from them. Their handling of my complaint was equally concerning. Rather than simply dealing with the fact that the item was not as advertised, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep it by offering increasingly larger partial refunds - first 20%, then 30% and eventually 35%. They also proposed a 20% restocking fee before later saying they would waive it. Most bizarrely, they repeatedly suggested that instead of returning the dress I could resell it to someone else to “get a good income”. I have never experienced customer service like this. I have kept screenshots of the original advertisement, photographs of what I actually received and the company’s emails, including the different photograph they subsequently sent me. Based on my experience, I found the website and the way this transaction was presented extremely misleading. I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly recommend that UK customers check very carefully where the goods actually come from and where they will have to be returned before placing an order.
