DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! my mum ordered 4 dresses and none of them fit and it wasn’t due to her ordering the wrong size, the size guide was wrong. They wouldn’t offer a full refund, I went back and forth for about 20 emails and they still refused when I proved it was an issue on their behalf. Paypal managed to make them issue a full refund so we sent the package back after paying 60 pounds postage and packaging. The parcel got all the way back to their factory in Hong Kong and they refused it. My mum is now having to pay 600 pound for 4 ugly dressed we don’t want. Do not buy from here

I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the way my return has been handled. I will never purchase anything from this company again. This company did not refund the full amount I originally paid, and I also had to pay out of pocket to return the item. This is completely unacceptable and has cost me a significant amount of money. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM MONDRESSY I feel that I have been treated unfairly as a customer, and I do not believe your company is handling returns and refunds honestly or fairly. Because of this experience, I will not buy from your company again.

My order was filled in a timely manner but what I received was not what I ordered from their website. It was so hideous that I didn't even try it on. They were unwilling to resolve this issue and I was eventually reimbursed through my credit card company. This company used a bait and switch and a total scam.

I was really disappointed with the quality. I’m not even wearing the dress. Total waste of money.

The thing about a Chinese company that they just don't get. If you do not provide authentic, good faith, customer service, then customers talk and you get bad reputation and people will not buy from you. Will not re-order. So much of a successful business hinges on your reputation. Eventually you lose and you go out of business. Ordered an outfit for my mother for my wedding. Never arrived. My card was charged but never got an email or an order number. Emailed the customer service. Crickets. Had the credit card company deal with it.

I recently purchased 2 outfits a red outfit and royal blue from Mondressy.# md 2382602 on 8/19/26 that was 2 sizes to big. Then ordered again red one # md 2384894 on 9/2/26. That I received the day of my event at 7:00pm when the wedding was at 1:00pm. Then when I opened it it had black thread spots near the butt area. I requested a refund 3 times to no avail. Modressy unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Clothing Quality: The quality of the clothing felt very cheap. I expected better for the price I paid. Additionally, the red outfit had noticeable black threads on the butt area which is quitenoticeable, which was a small but irritating flaw. Shipping: The shipping took an unexpectedly long time. I had to wait much longer than I anticipated, which added to my frustration. Return Policy: To make matters worse, the return process is not straightforward. There’s an enormous restocking fee charge of 29% and shipping costs, making it almost impossible to return items without incurring significant losses. Sizing Issues: The sizing is not standard, which poses a high risk of returns. I found it difficult to determine the right size even thou I followed your size chart on line, leading to further complications. Customer Service: Lastly, customer service was unresponsive. I reached out with questions and concerns but received no reasonable or acceptable responses, only telling me to keep my first order with a minimum satisfied return, leaving me feeling ignored. Overall, my experience with Mondressy was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend shopping here unless you’re prepared for potential issues.
