Poor Quality - in sewing and in materials.
I purchased a jumpsuit for a Mother of the Bride outfit. When it arrived, it didn't look like the picture. The pleats were off, the sewing was absolute garbage, and the zipper wouldn't zip all the way up, even when it was not on me. It was cheap, but I wouldn't even want to GIVE this to anyone. They don't have a way to access a return online. You have to email them. They ask for photos. It's ridiculous. VERY UNHAPPY. UPDATE: Contrary to their reply, I have, in fact, emailed them. They responded requesting photos. Still no information about their refund policy. And bottom line - even if I just didn’t like it, I should be able to return for a refund. UPDATE#2: They have offered me a full refund and I can keep the jumpsuit (which can only go in a garbage bin) BUT they won’t issue any refund until I remove the negative report. UPDATE#3: They are now offering a 30% refund and 40% off a new order (as if!) and still say they could send a full refund if I remove the negative review. I would upload photos to support my statements if that were possible. UPDATE#4: Their return policy is 15 days. Yes, I was outside that timeframe as it was the holidays and I got COVID. Still, the jumpsuit is absolute garbage and does not resemble the elegant picture in any way. I truly believe that this is their business model. Post pictures of items they don’t have and try to mimic them. The items are at a bargain price so most people will let it go because it’s not worth the hassle. I did order custom sizing and even that was off. It’s too big, the sleeves are off and don’t match, instead of being ruched it’s pleated and the pleats are uneven, and IT DOESNT ZIP. So, regardless of my timing and the fact it was ordered to size, they FAILED in every way possible to make this jumpsuit and they should NOT be able to keep my money when they didn’t send what was advertised. UPDATE #5: They have made numerous offers to resolve this: 1. Remove the review, keep the item, and they will send me a full refund. 2. 30% refund, 40% off a new item, keep the item. Not clear if this requires removal of the negative review. 3. Full refund upon removal of the negative review and send the item back at my expense. Under the FTC Rule - Consumer Review Fairness Act, it is illegal for them to try to pay me to remove a negative review. At this point, I have given up on getting any money back because I will not remove this review. They did a poor job, it may just be their business model, and I would prefer to lose the money and keep others from purchasing the poor quality items that Mondressy has to offer. It was the most disappointing experience trying to deal with them and being extorted to remove an honest review of their clothing. They are not worth the headache. I am filing a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency in my state. FINAL UPDATE: After I filed my complaint with the Attorney General's Office Consumer Fraud Agency, which allowed me to include pictures, they contacted Mondressy and sent them my complaint. Mondressy then sent me a full refund and did not require me to send the jumpsuit back (I'm sure neither they nor anyone else would want it) and they have stopped trying to bully me into removing my honest review.

This order was custom-made, and the customer first contacted us more than one month after delivery, which is outside our return period. Under our clearly stated policy, this order is not eligible for return or refund. Despite this, we still extended goodwill offers (partial refund and discount) without obligation. A full refund cannot be justified given the custom-made nature of the order and the late contact.
