Addition update 2/25/26: it gets worse. After seeing my negative review they apologized and offered give me my full refund and asked that I consider removing my negative review. My response was I would consider that once I had my refund. Then they replied indicating they won’t give full refund unless I remove the review first. When I questioned that, they indicated they never offered to give full refund in exchange for receiving review. Well…I have the entire email chain I would be happy to share. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY they are shady! Original post: I would give zero stars if this was an options. The shipping process was delayed, when the dress arrived, while would have been good quality was significantly larger than their size guide. When I tried to return they would not give full refund and kept giving me offers for a partial credit to keep the dress, discount to buy another. Had to argue with them for days via email to get an approved place to ship it back and no commitment to refund. After 8 emails back and forth, what started out as a 15% credit and keep the dress became a 40% and keep the dress and I am simply out the 60% thy will keep. I paid for expedited shipping originally. A really shady business in my opinion. Terrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR BUSINESS! Added after reply: I disagree it was inline with posted measurements. And would love to prove that to them, if they would cover the cost to ship back and give me full refund. But they already indicated that was not an option. They also tried to tell me the posted return had a 30% restock fee which it did not at the time I purchased. They did not argue or Disagree with me on that when I indicated that in my email communication with them. Again BEWARE! Shady company!

The dress I ordered was beautiful just like the pictures! Customer service was wonderful and always responded in a timely manner.

I found working with Mondressy’s customer service staff to be an easy and pleasant experience. When I had questions about the dress I received, they were quick in responding and worked with me to make sure all my concerns were addressed, and they offered helpful suggestions.

I had absolutely disgusting experience with Mondressy company. Company located in Hong Kong , NOT in UK. They sent me the dresses in 2-3 sizes smaller than I needed. I checked their sizes guide, before I ordered the dresses. What’s more, my return parcel was back , as the package was refused by the addressee. I paid delivery fee to Hong Kong. And the company reduced the refund sums, in spite of the fact that it was their mistake with the size guide. Shame that the company is still existing. If you don’t want to have any issues, please, don’t order anything from them . Irina R. London UK

I was able to tailor the measurements for the dress I needed and there were so many great color options. Very well made and perfect fit upon arrival.

I just placed my order for my Mother-of-the-Bride dress and I must take a moment to rave about the help I received at Mondressy. My customer service experience is by far one of the best I’ve ever had!! Lily and Laurene throughly and quickly answered every one of my numerous questions kindly and quickly. They even changed one of fabrics of the dress to the color of my choice. I can’t yet speak to the quality of the gown, but I certainly will when the dress arrives. No, I had not heard of Mondressy either. But I’m so glad that I found them.
