I have been using Mondly every day for almost 6 years now (started in september 2016). First to learn and now to improve my Arabic on a regular basis. Top notch customer service. Efrain was very fast and efficient, he helped me within 2 days. The service is very good! I'm very satisfied and I strongly recommend this app. شكراً جزيلاً

Bonjour, Je suis extrêmement déçue par le contenu très pauvre et très inadapté à mon niveau de Mondly. Il n'y a pas de test préalable pour évaluer son niveau et seules deux catégories extrêmement simples (niveau CE2 avec "mamam", "papa" etc.) sont accessibles. J'ai demandé un remboursement intégral car je n'utilise pas le site et n'ai eu aucune réponse. Je pense qu'on peut qualifier cela de "vol". Hello, I am extremely disappointed by the very poor content and very unsuitable for my level of Mondly. There is no preliminary test to evaluate one's level and only two extremely simple categories (CE2 level with "mamam", "papa" etc.) are accessible. I asked for a full refund as I don't use the site and have had no response. I think this can be described as "theft".

I have been using Mondly every week for 6 months. I have been learning Brazilian Portuguese and have enjoyed it. I use the daily lesson and have built up a good vocabulary. Especially in the beginning I used the speech recognition. As a beginner it helps you with the pronunciation. I have bought the no limit version and I have for fun tried out other languages I know. The quality is consistent. My upcoming language will be Italian. I have to mention that the support has been very good and fast! I will recommend using Mondly in parallel with a native reacher, I have used Italki.

Finaly I found a way to learn Mandarin in a little steps day by day because is difficult. The lessons are very good presented and actively involved you. You may reply them as many times you wish. At the end of every week and month you have a tests with possibility to reply them as many times you need. The purchase of permanent access gave me oportunity to switch between all languages I'm interested in as many times I wish. I'm very satisfied. I recommend this app. Now I have my "personal teacher 24/7".
