Das Lernen mit Mondly hat mir Spaß gemacht! Für nicht einmal einen Monat. Dann habe ich das Häkchen für die automatische Verlängerung meines Jahresvertrags deaktiviert und nach einer Woche bin ich als Gast verzeichnet habe keinen Zugang mehr auf meine Lernfortschritte werde stets aufgefordert einen Vertrag abzuschließen . Meine zahlreichen E-Mails an den Support mit der Rechnung über ein bezahltes Abo bis Januar 2025 bleiben unbeantwortet. Ich habe für ein Jahr bezahlt und hatte einen Zugang für 3 Wochen. Wenn das die Geschäftspraxis von Mondly ist?

Bei der Änderung eines Sprachpaketes, von jährlicher Bezahlung auf Lebenslang war mir eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Dame behilflich. Es ging mit Ihrer Hilfe schnell und problemlos.

The lessons are really difficult for beginners to learn and waste money : 1. No explained errors 2. No teaching grammatical structures 3. The cost is too expensive and not suitable for some people like students 4. Pronunciation teaching is not professional and not detailed But at least they create short daily lessons for learners to remember and repeat many times, I appreciate that

We are were happy with the quick and friendly help from the Mondly team after some installation hiccup. It is good to know after all, that 'help is an email away when needed'
