Unfortunately this company has gone downhill. Their swimsuits are good quality but their difficult exchange and return policies make it difficult if you order the wrong size (their size guides are not always accurate). I returned a bikini that was too tiny despite using their guide and am still waiting for a refund almost a month later.

Disappointing Customer Service and Unresolved Refund Issues
I had high hopes for my experience with Monday Swimwear, but unfortunately, the customer service and resolution of refund issues have left me thoroughly disappointed, prompting me to leave this 1-star review.
I returned the Clovelly one-piece in size P because it was too small on my chest, and I needed a size S. Although the return was received, the process took an unexpectedly long time. When I inquired about the status of my refund, the response from customer service was a very generic, one-size-fits-all answer not considering my inconvenience at all.
Upon finally receiving confirmation that my refund had been processed, I requested assistance in applying the credit to my new order which I had placed to secure the size I needed before it sold out again. Despite making this request before the new order had even shipped, Monday Swimwear claimed they were unable to apply the credit to completed orders.
This inflexible response is disappointing, especially considering the delays and inconveniences I faced throughout the return process. It's disheartening to experience such rigid policies, particularly when attempting to resolve issues in a timely manner. The lack of consideration for customer loyalty and the inability to make a simple courtesy adjustment only added to my frustration.
Furthermore, the repeated challenges in finding items in stock and the lengthy processing times for returns have resulted in multiple shipping expenses on my end. The inability to apply a credit to my recent order makes me not want to order again from Monday Swimwear, despite my credit, because prices have only increased and I do not want to deal with the unnecessary cycle of returns and reorders.
I had eagerly anticipated trying Monday Swimwear, but this experience has left me questioning the value of customer loyalty to this company, especially after spending a few 100 $s. I hope others considering a purchase take note of these issues and think twice before investing their time and money with Monday Swimwear.

Crooks
These swimsuits are nice enough but way overpriced. Only when they were 50% off was it worth it, and it was still quite pricey imo.
I will never buy from this brand again.
Now it makes sense how someone can become so wealthy from swimwear - by ripping people off!!
The owner of Mondays multimillion dollar property renovation is underway (so arrogantly bragging all over social media & the news), yet I can’t even exchange a swimsuit at her company without paying more?
I meticulously studied the sizing chart, looked at the model sizing photos & opted for a large as a normally wear a size 10-12 AU, thinking I would rather the suit be slightly too large than too small……
To my surprise, the suit was too small in length. I emailed to exchange & was told I’m not entitled to exchange, or refund.
I’m expected to not only pay to return the item overseas, but to pay full price for an item that I purchased on sale just so I can swap sizes.
It’s 2023, get with the program Monday.

Sizing is Disappointing and Misleading
I have been eyeing off Monday Swimwear for a while as someone with a larger chest (D Cup). When choosing a size for the one piece I was purchasing, I decided to go with an XL (known as 'voluptuous' on the site). Mind you, I am a size 10-12 normally and usually always wear a 12 in swimwear. Looking at the models wearing the suit, I felt the girl wearing the XL was closest to my size. I received the item today and it is too small. I think this is outrageous for someone who is a size 12 to receive an XL swimsuit that is too small. So disappointing. Perhaps if you were shorter, the sizing would be more accurate. However, being 5'8, a D cup and usually an Aus size 12 and not fitting an XL in this brand seems insane to me.
Update: I contacted the brand directly who got back to me very quickly with a considerate and detailed response. I feel they have taken my feedback on board and offered help me find a swimsuit that would fit or assist me with a refund.

Returns policy is dismal
Returns policy is dismal
To purchase an item and for it to not fit upon following size instructions on the site the items arrived and did not fit, which I am fine with this happens, However I was only offered a store credit, as I cant exchange for another size already being VV & no refund so now I am left with a sizable store credit, well minus the shipping fee back to the company. With nothing that will fit online I've basically just thrown cash away and Monday benefits from this, they get to resell my returned items and basically keep my store credit.

Won’t let you change to smaller size despite following the size guide on their website (for a bikini top)
