Retour nicht möglich, da die Rücksendeadresse nach Californien (USA) auf eigene Kosten zu tragen ist. Aufgrund der neuen Zollregelung nach Amerika keine Möglichkeit für eine Beantragung. Das bedeutet ich bleibe auf dem 465€ teuren Bikini sitzen, der nicht passt. Unverschämt, dass solche Firmen in Deutschland damit durchkommen.

We purchased a swimsuit which developed permanent pink/red marks after a single normal swim in a pool. The suit was then washed exactly according to the brand’s own care instructions, but the marks remained. Customer service repeatedly suggested chlorine was responsible and relied on general care warnings about being “cautious,” despite swimming in a pool being the normal and intended use of swimwear. They ultimately refused a refund or replacement, stating they were not liable because the discoloration came from an “external substance.” At this price point, a swimsuit should reasonably withstand ordinary pool use. Care guidance is understandable for long-term wear, but a garment permanently staining after one use does not meet reasonable durability expectations. The refusal to stand behind the product was the most disappointing part. I would have preferred a fair resolution, but unfortunately this had to be escalated.

Order was delivered way outside of specified window. Refused to waive return fee, and very rude customer service. Will not be using again.

customer service is AWFUL. they sent me the wrong bottoms (sent a top instead) and then it was too late to get the bottom as it was sold out. they didn't offer any discount or rush shipping codes. this isn't my first time having problems with their customer service. they make so much money and can't even provide a code when the mistake was on them? SO BAD.

Really disappointed with the exchange policy as an AU customer. Simply want to exchange for a different size but they don’t offer exchanges or honour the price you paid. I was referred by a friend so got 20% off thought they would at least honour that but customer service were really uninterested and unhelpful. To get a different size I would have to refund the item and get back $68 after fees to then buy the other size and pay $122 with new shipping etc. Crazy to just get the same item in a different size. Super disappointed as I love the pieces but wouldn’t order again.

I never received my order, and the company has refused to refund or send a replacement. Thankfully, my credit card company reimbursed, but I’m appalled at the complete lack of customer service and accountability on Monday Swimwear’s part.

Took for ever to arrive, after one year everything was rusty event if I wash them after using, I wouldn’t recommend buying this brand

Literally the worst. Everything that came was either too big or small and the quality is not what it should be for the price. The customer service team responds quickly, but their return policy is HORRIBLE. I got $400 worth of product and they would only issue me a store credit!!!!! BEWARE!!! Go LITERALLY anywhere else!!!
