I had some issues with a bikini top and the CSR was extremely thoughtful and helpful in their responses.

I've ordered 14 suits over the years from this company, and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. I've also done 2 returns and an exchange, and never had an issue. I've worn all of their fabrics, in all scenarios, and even my suits from 5 years ago still look brand new. Their CS has always been super helpful, even when I'm asking questions through Instagram DMs. While of course things can happen, I find the other reviews here hard to believe and they're not something I'd read into. They've been incredibly successful for a reason - I never order swim or beachwear from anyone else.

I can’t believe some of these reviews, I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Monday Swimwear. I’ve ordered from them 4 times and love the quality and fit of their bikinis. I’ve done one return and had no problems at all. It feels great to purchase things from a female owned company. I will continue to buy from them in the future.

I read some bad reviews about this company so was hesitant when I bought my top. However it arrived in the post a few days later and it looks and feels great. I bought from the Australian site so maybe that's why.
