Great customer service. I bought a bra that just didn’t work for my body type and accidentally requested store credit instead of a refund when I returned it. The customer service team was understanding and helped process a refund instead. Great company!

However, the team at Monday Swimwear swiftly rectified the situation with remarkable service recovery. They promptly reached out to me and presented several solutions, one of which included a full refund along with a voucher featuring an enticing discount. Although I'm disappointed that I didn't receive the bikini I initially desired, I'm truly satisfied with the resolution provided by Monday Swimwear. As a suggestion for improvement, I would urge the company to consider maintaining a larger stock of their most popular items. Given their ability to track the popularity of specific colors and models (with or without the AI), it would alleviate the frustration experienced by customers like myself when "recent" collections quickly sell out of the most sought-after designs.

Best customer service ever!! When the USPS lost my package Monday Swimwear swooped in and saved the day! I received my bathing suit overnight and I couldn’t be happier! Great quality and a beautiful/trendy style. I will definitely be ordering another suit from them again!

Sadly the ‘Tash bra’ I bought leaked black onto the white panels. I complained to customer service however and they rectified the problem immediately, sending me a replacement in the post. They also advised me on future garment care instructions. This has made me feel confident in buying from them again as their designs are just beautiful!
