I really do have to give credit where it’s due! I ordered a few weeks ago, my order came very fast (I live in Canada which sometimes takes a little longer). I had to return an item, which I was happy to know I was able to after I received it as a sale item for Black Friday. My return was approved quickly, and store credit to replace my item with another size was done within a week. The customer service was fast to respond with my inquiries, and took the time to walk me through it all. Highly recommend, and can’t wait to wear my new bathing suit and matching skirt set on vacation.

Communication has been excellent! They are quick to respond and are able to fix (my mistakes) easily. Shopping the website was a breeze also and such good prices for a world renowned brand !

The quality of a swimwear is amazing. I would say the picture can’t get the real feeling of the product. High quality for sure 👌🏼🔝 Also I live in Norway and I love that all customs are already calculated in to the price so I don’t need to figured out extra costs. Delivery is super smooth and fast, just unbelievably fast 😊 Wonderful experience so far. And I had already three separate orders and all of them went just perfect 😍

I've always loved the Monday Swimwear brand and their merchandise, and I've placed several orders. This week was the first time I needed to contact Customer Service, and I was pleasantly surprised. I reached out over the weekend via their chatbot and received an auto-response saying they’d follow up on Monday. I assumed my inquiry might get overlooked, but that wasn’t the case. They reached out promptly on Monday morning and were highly responsive throughout our exchange. They quickly resolved my issue—canceling and repurchasing an item within a specific timeframe—even though it wasn’t caused by any error on their part. I was very impressed!

Monday swimwear have been amazing to deal with, I made a potentially costly mistake ordering something my wife already owned and they were amazing offering a full refund. They were understanding, fast to respond and extremely courteous. Their customer service team is 10/10. My wife loves their products and I’d recommend anyone to shop with them as they’ve proved they care about their customers!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a sale item for final sale but it came with a small ink stain on it. Not only did they offer to send a replacement, they ended up sending a store credit so that I could change the size as well! Super responsive excellent team, I’ll be a lifelong customer!

My order came quickly due to travel. Excellent customer experience. The swimwear quality, look and feel is the best there is. Not to mention their responsible price. I’m sold on Monday! LW
