I ordered on June 2nd, the order did not arrive until June 14th which was disappointing as I had ordered for a trip I was going on. The fit was way off, not even close to their sizing chart. There are no reviews on the website, so you cannot see how others rate the fits. By the time the suit arrived, I did not have time to get another. I sent the swimsuit back June 15th. On June 23rd I received notification the return was received and to allow up to 14 business days for refund (WOW). As of July 11th (which was 14 business days), I still had not been refunded and had to reach out to their customer service. They advised they would get the refund processed and I saw it come across July 14th - so my question is, were they just not going to refund me? It was as if they'd forgotten. Ill fitting suits, long ship times, beyond long refund times. Would not give this place a second try.

The bikini top size chart is definitely not correct, so I am having to exchange it for a larger cup size. I'm hoping that this is the result of it being too small, but the material feels cheap and the tieback is very unwieldy and seems likely to come undone. I will get the larger size and see if it's any better, but I suspect I might be returning both pieces.

First of all, love everything from Monday Swimwear, however I opened my emails this morning, and to my surprise I found an *urgent* email from DHL customs saying that there was a missing invoice. Minutes later, I get a call from them to tell me that they're missing the sufficient information for my order. They mentioned that 'Global-e' were supposed fill it out which made me confused as I purchased those items from Monday Swimwear. Whoever is taking care of their payments/customs need to be careful so as not to do this to surprise other customers !!

Ordered a few things confident I knew my size . The swimming costume was great . I ordered the bikini and sarong both in ivory assuming they would all match , however the sarong is a totally different shade . Now I have an expensive return back to LA annoyingly .

Bikinis are nice and relatively good quality, previous purchase after a few washes my pants had gone a bit baggy and top lining a bit wrinkly but I perhaps should have sized down originally. Hasn’t put me off trying again as the fit is lovely Issue I take is that I bought some items via Black Friday deal and then reordered different sizes via another BF deal - the approach was rather disingenuous in that they conceal in the small print that the items are only returnable for store credit if using Black Friday code- and this has certainly been done in the most subtle way to hide that in the small print- trading standards detail that this should not be a surprise and clear for the consumer to see- so it’s just in bad faith and has put me off shopping with them again- otherwise I would have been happy. Typically their final sale items are very clearly marked as so when you enter the product, but you’re referred to read the FAQs in the small print for BF codes and it doesn’t stipulate it on the product page, so legally they have you in the short run but in my case this is at the expense of my loyalty/ repeat purchases in the long run. Customer services/ service otherwise have been pretty good here, PS monday swim: If it was made clearer (same as your final sale items) I still would have made my purchases but differently. A shame as once I’ve used all my store credit I probably won’t shop here again.

It was my first time buying a mondayswim. I carefully read the size chart, and ordered a top size L. I finally decided to place an order when I saw a promocode on instagram (20%). The top was way too small. I tried to do an exchange but it’s not possible when you live in France. I had to return the top (50€ shipping fee). When I tried to reorder the good size, the promo code was not working. I wrote their customer service to get the same discount (like you would normally when you exchange a product). They simply said no its not possible. Unfortunatly, their business are not suited for first time international customers.

I had the same issue as others, with a very strict and misleading T&C for a purchase made during Black Friday sales. Will not let me exchange the swimsuit for the exact same at the same discounted price. Ridiculous for an online swimwear brand not to provide exchanges during one of the biggest sales of the year. Now stuck with an item that does not fit me and I am too worried to use store credit to buy again.

The bikinis are very average quality for the price. I followed the size guide and looked at all of the photos before ordering, I even took measurements to check. The bikini top and bottoms were too small despite this. I could imagine it falling apart very quickly, the seams aren’t very strong. The colour and style is very nice, however shipping to the UK cost around £10 and when I went to return it cost a further £20. I’m £30 down and won’t risk ordering another size! If you are ordering, I advise you to size up. The Medium top was tiny, I can’t see how they can cater to the larger bust sizes as marketed.
