The worst customer service of all time! They are obviously desperate for money. I sent a return and they refused to give me my money back. Stating that usps should have given me a receipt and asking if included the return label. I included the return label they provided and showed them pictures. Still no help! I returned the item the day I requested the return and they were still not understanding or helping for that matter. Said I need to call usps. Horrible horrible customer service and apparently very desperate for $100 dollars. So sad.

cheap looking product (ivory is clearly YELLOW) and even more disappointing customer "service". I said that I'm not satisfied as the product doesn't match the picture and they were kind of like "yeah your bad, deal with it". will never purchase again.

Package was not received and they told me to go file a claim with UPS what trashy business policy is this? I simply wanted a replacement

Terrible fitted clothing. Both items I bought from here were poorly made and had bad fits. Tried to return both items but the return policy is strict to timeline and they wouldn't take them back. So now I have two pieces of clothing that cannot possibly be worn in my closet. Won't shop here ever again.

The product is good but I had a terrible experience with customer service. They literally lied to me and I find it completely unacceptable to lie to customers.

Worst customer service and extremely poor quality of their products. The swimmers I purchased were clearly poorly designed and I requested a refund or even a credit and that was over 4 weeks ago. I posted my purchase back so they could provide me with a credit and now they won’t respond to my emails or messages. Such poor form for such a big company. So disappointing.

Tried so many times, but this brand has consistently horrible quality and inconsistent customer service that gives the bare minimum. As a brand building a following and loyalty, they do not put the customer first and are unwilling to do the right thing. I’ve purchased 5 suits over the course of 2 years and two have completely fallen apart. These are $175 swimsuits. They don’t hold up in any capacity at this price point even when worn a handful of times or to lay by a pool. The least they would do is give me a promo code for a future purchase or half store credit towards another purchase after. Nothing should fall apart that horribly in that time frame for that price point. As someone who’s purchased over $500 worth of product from this company, the teams and people creating and working on this product need to know how their “following” is being treated and how some of these products are frankly defective. I work for a large corporate retailer in a product capacity and if this happened in my day to day job I would have some really difficult conversations with suppliers and production. They seem to be having a problem with this, yet are unwilling to address and clearly don’t care about the longevity of their brand.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered an item and it states that it would arrive after max 14 days, it didn’t even leave the US at day 10. I asked them to retract the order since there is no possibility that I would be able to receive it, and they not just refused to do so, but also blamed me for not reading through their FAQ.
