Terrible, terrible quality! I brought four swimsuits. One after two wears faded, stitching began coming undone and the wire begun to pop out of the top. Also, as I had two swimsuits that didn’t fit I had to pay $6 AUS for each piece to return it. So another $24 AUS for them to “process the return” and the postage too! So around $35 AUS. This is disgusting and very unethical. Australian ladies stick with brands like Jets and Seafolly.

Literally the WORST quality. I think shein swimsuits are actually better. I can’t believe I bought a swimsuit for more 300$ just for the color to fade away after 4 times this summer. This is beyond ridiculous.

If I could give a 0 I would. Worst customer service in history, they can’t track my parcel or provide me with accurate tracking details. They keep telling me to wait 30 business days for international parcels and referring me back to policy. There’s no empathy at all from these people. I’ve lodged a dispute with Pay Pal for my money back! The parcel is never going to come. Terrible, cheap and nasty service! You’re better off shopping at Shein it’s probably where they get their products made anyway!

Would give it a 0 if I could. Extremely faulty sizing and rude customer service. This is not a company that cares about their consumers. The top I got was laughably small even though it was one of the largest sizes available. I reached out to customer service to see what could be done just thinking I received a faulty item and letting them know how disappointed I was with the experience. Customer service emailed me back and was so incredibly rude and insincere. I will never buy from this company again and I definitely suggest you do not either.

Never got my tracking or my order. Reached out to their phone line everyday and could t contact them / mailbox was full. Also emailed and messaged them on ig: No response on either. There goes $140 never buying from here again.

Worst fabric and fit! I bought a bikini from Monday Swimwear and once it arrived, the fit was really bad even though I followed the size guide and bought the correct sizing, the cup was barely covering my nipples. I sent it back (having to pay $40 for shipping from Australia, which I thought this WAS an Australian brand but they ship from America, anyway…) I asked for a store credit thinking it could just be THAT particular swimsuit. I ordered a Linen shirt, I had to pay for the shipping AGAIN! The care instructions where to hand wash. Like any of my hand wash items, I put it in the wash on a silks hand wash option, which I have done with numerous hand wash clothes and they have come out as they were put in. The shirt came out falling apart from all the stitching in different areas of the shirt. I emailed the customer service to let them know which they proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not literally hand washing in a bucket and offered me only a 50% store credit. I found this very unfair because it meant I had to spend further money with this company, pay for shipping AGAIN! to get my worth out of one product. I would never order anything from this company ever again and would certainly not recommend it.

The worst customer service. They don't know where my product is after 3 weeks of ordering it, refusing to give me a refund and asking me to wait another 2 weeks until they can track where the parcel is. Not sure what era they are living in but since when was waiting 5+ weeks for a product even normal? Sorry guys, think you need to do a much better job of this, because at present it feels you are running a joke of a company.

This company has the most offensively rude customer service team and incredibly sneaky tactics. They abuse fine print to trick you into keeping their poorly made products and disguising their awful quality control. I exchanged a top for another in the same size and the one that showed up was about half the size. They told me it was MY fault and refused to give me a refund or replacement. They were rude and insulting to me. This was only one of many horrible customer experience incidents I had in a single purchase. Their are so many bathing suit brands out there, skip this one!
