Very satisfied with Monarch. Had a boat shipped from Michigan to Arizona. It took them a few days to find a driver, but they did and it was delivered on a day I wanted. It did arrive a few hours later than the transportation people told me, but that is not on Monarch as they don’t control traffic. It did cost 150 more than they initially quoted me, as unfortunately between the time I got the quote and the time they got a driver war stated in the middle east and gas prices shot up overnite. Monarch took 50 off their fee, and I didn’t consider the little extra out of line all things considered, my boat was picked up and arrived on a day of my choosing. I used them on recommendation from a friend who had a couple motorcycles and a car shipped with them. Someone always answered my call or called me back, and I was able to talk to the actual transporter anytime I called for an update. Monarch charges their brokerage (finders) fee when shipping actually occurs, and you pay the driver by cash, certified check, Venmo…I would give them 4.5 as sometimes their communication was a touch late, as in I knew the boat was picked up before I got their notification, same with delivery. That’s not an option and my experience was good and smooth so 5 it is.

Had a truly fantastic experience with Monarch! The communication in advance with Sabrina was stellar. She answered my questions and provided a fair fee. The job was picked up, dropped, and picked up again very quickly, and I received my bike in literally TWO days (traveling nearly 1800+ miles). It was in perfect shape, and the driver communicated well also. I was quoted the same price from a big name bike transporter company, and they said it would take 32 days!! VERY happy with my experience with Monarch - thank you so much!!

The transport shuttle NEVER cane on time. When we needed it, we had to get an Uber ride...and the driver got mad at us!😠

They could not get the job done, lied about having a driver and than charge a cancelation fee. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, a scam as far as I am concerned.

Had little to no issues, received my vehicle within 24 hours. Monarch was helpful in answering all the questions I had. Would recommend.

I was not happy with Monarch. As I stated to you in our initial conversation, I went with Monarch because I felt they was a trusted carrier and I have seen them around for years vs some of these other carriers and those companies would hack the price up on the customer. You quoted me a $969.00 price, sent we the link where I paid $250 for the deposit remaining amount of $719.00 to be paid to the Carrie on delivery. I was told my travel trailer would be picked up 3/17 or 3/18, it never got picked up until 3/20 and I was told I would have to pay the carrier $1200 instead of the $719. I call the main Monarch number due to you not returning my call and that gentleman (I failed to get his name) took my information and never called me back. He was checking on the price to see about Monarch going with the original price or splitting the difference. He NEVER called me back. I was told the driver was in route with my travel trailer via text which was not accurate. The driver couldn’t speak English or read it so my son was having to text him. The driver seemed clueless once on site when it was time to hook up the trailer. The driver left about 40 minutes AFTER I got the text my trailer was in route. Once the driver showed up he then tried collecting an extra $100. This is one of the worst customer service I have had in sometime. Monarch was in my opinion FRAUDULENT by changing the price after the deposit link was sent and made.

The driver you hired was great! Everyone else I worked with prior to that, in one word, sucked. I was extremely unhappy, because of your mismanagement of my scheduled pickup my trip cost me an extra $1,000.00. Thank you very much. William Sciore
