Love the stone mat itself but not loving the feet for it. They sit up too high allowing water splash from the sink to get under the stone. Since it’s just cheap plastic perhaps give a set of shorter feet so people can choose which suits them.

Purchased a 5 gal water bottle top dispenser. I returned my Amazon cheap and flimsy dispenser and Amazon lacked any quality choices. I was in search of a more professional model. My Momo water dispenser is top quality and the main issue I was looking for was a dispenser that would firmly seat onto the neck of the bottle. Great looking with many refill choices on the cap. Only wish was that the water would flow out at a greater rate. It takes forever to refill my coffee machine tank. I am sure they are all the same though since the syphon hose is quite narrow.

We purchased the large drytomita stone bath mat. The mat works as advertised and is great for keeping the bathroom floor dry after taking a shower. This mat was used daily over the span of six months, and over time it began to warp. The mat warped so badly that eventually, the corner of the mat broke off when I stepped out of the shower. Although the mat broke, I was extremely satisfied with Momo LIfestyle's response. They honored their warranty and the process was hassle-free. My new mat was delivered very quickly and we are very happy with the product once again.

We wanted to order another 5 Gallon Water Dispenser for Large Bottles Rechargeable but none were available. :( We did purchase 3 Stone Sink Caddies and like them very much.

I had to return the mat because it just didn't work in my bathroom. The company is great and they worked hard to get things sorted. Just be sure that you want the mat because returning it is expensive through USPS. Momo Lifestyle people were kind enough to figure out how to help, just make sure you read the return shipping policy. I really like the mat and wish it could have worked out.

I love the product. Specifically the shower mat. The problem is the outer packaging for shipping. The product is in bubble wrap, a tight fitting cardboard box and then another cardboard box. The problem is that I ordered 3 and those nicely packaged boxes were loosely in a larger box which was either dropped on a corner with nothing to act as a shock absorber. Two of the three were damaged. After notifying the company and verifying with pictures, I received replacements for the two damaged products. The packaging was identical as the first time- not enough crunched up paper to stop the boxes inside from moving around loosely. This time one was good and one corner was slightly pushed in. I’m so sad and disappointed because I love the product and these were Christmas presents for my family.

I bought this particular stone bath mat because of its larger size than most others. Ordering and delivery were easy and fast. The mat itself is nice except for one glaring characteristic which for me was initially a problem. The mat is bowed in the center. None of the four corners which have anti-skid pads touches the floor. The first time I exited the shower the mat moved a few inches. That caught me off guard and I almost fell. I'm a 72 year old geezer and not as agile as I was in my youth. Why those pads are located where they are is beyond me. To remedy the situation I installed rug anchors on the entire bottom of the mat. One side of the mat is still raised about 1/4" above the floor, but the opposite side and about 80% of the mat from that side all the way to the other is contacting the floor and securely in place.

Ordered a 20L water jug sleeve around 3 months ago and the stitches were already coming apart. Emailed the customer care team and they were quick enough to resolve the issue by sending a replacement for me in 2 days. Happy with the overall experience.
