Two items were delivered to my home
Two items were delivered to my home. One I ordered (stone shower pad) and the other with the exact same address label was a box set of four hubcaps. I called to report it and offered to return it with one of your generated labels. Was told “NO”

Hey Mario! It's a pleasure to help! However, I haven't received your email in Momo's customer service. Regarding the Drytomita stone shower pad, I hope you're enjoying your product! As for the hubcaps, they were likely sent by mistake from the logistics center. I imagine that they probably gave you a "no" regarding the return since we don't sell that type of product.
