Orderedmattress and never got confirmation of order. So I bought mattress from store. Took forever to get return label, I returned mattress and have yet to receive refund! On top of that they sent my personal information to another customer trying to return a mattress, and this customer called me! Where is my refund? Order#70089349451126/Invoice#0873568467795 It has been months with no response! Horrible customer service.

The Molblly tri-fold mattress that I purchased and received from Molblly (on Nov. 29, 2023) made my body ache every time I slept on the Molblly mattress. When I sleep on other brand mattress(es) that is not the Molblly tri-fold mattress, I do not have such body aches. I called Molblly and left messages (more than 3 times) requesting call me back regarding the mattress issue. Molblly never called me back. On 12/7/2023, I emailed Molblly requesting to return the mattress, Today (12/20/2023), I am still waiting for Molblly responding about the product return.

Solid product of upper quality, good job guys. Delivered very quick and packaged for the ride. My girl loves the mattress and the the base and headboard are very well built. With you folks we have stepped-up our sleep game. Performs way over the level of a mattress costing three times this, really. Bravo

Love our queen size 4” thick trifold mattress. Comfortable and easy to move around when necessary. Shipping was timely and enjoyed the Black Friday sale.

If you have a problem with the mattress and you try to contact customer service, they will inform you that you have to pay the shipping fees (which are much more expensive than the price of the mattress) or you have to keep the the mattress with you and they will offer you an amount of $30. So there is no real warranty on the mattress. I will also quote the email I received from them. [“If you apply for a return, you need to bear the return shipping cost and go through a complicated return process,” “I wonder if this will cause you difficulties? ………..$30 This way you can avoid a complicated return process”]
