MolbllyReviews of molblly.com

The mattress arrived in a timely manner, with updates all along the process. Very comfortable, our guests had no complaints.

The pillows I got - 1pair of the Silver Gray Molblly Pillows are an absolute delight. They rose to shape within a few 2 - 6 hrs!

In error I ordered 2 beds. I don't believe I really ordered the 1st one. Had in cart, when I noticed it was out of stock, I backed out of the site. I received a shipping notice on the bed I received. Did not receive notice on the 2nd bed, but, it arrived, no shipping notice. After multi emails, your company said you bought them, to bad, with no options of how I might resolve a return. It is a shame, because it is a nice bed, however, I would never deal with your company again, nor recommend you to anyone.

The shipment arrived quick. The mattress is well worth the money. Customer service is amazingly efficient and prompt. It only took one email and they got back to me within 24hrs and solved the issue.

I got a bed different than what I ordered and the customer service might literally be the worst I’ve ever experienced. They only respond while I’m sleeping so I can only message them once a day, and they’ve refused to accept that they made a mistake and sent me the wrong bed even though I provided 2 pictures of the bed height. Usually when a company makes a mistake they try to fix it but they just deny any wrong doing. They’re saying I can ship the bed back to their warehouse but that’s going to cost me almost the price of another bed probably so it’s pointless. If I wanted a 12 inch firm mattress, then I would have had a good experience but the problem is, I would have never ordered a firm. Even if I got a 12 inch regular I would have been fine but this was the worst mistake possible. I have a hard time sleeping on this. I’ve never had to leave a review this bad on any other product or service in my life. I’m still trying to fix this issue.

Exceeded my expectation. I bought it for my 11 year old. She wanted a room makeover for her birthday. I went for a sleepover and I slept good. Woke up refreshed.

The shipping was quick and I received what I ordered. The mattress is comfortable and works for where we are using it. We have put it in my daughter's room and use it on rough nights when she isn't sleeping well. She also enjoys playing on it when it's folded.

Received before Christmas
