Because I live in the Davis Mountains of Texas, I chose the Flint over the Flint Pro. There is no extreme pedaling effort necessary with the gearing on the Flint. I have an 8 degree, a 10 degree and a 15 degree grade on a 5-mile paved route of my choosing. I only use level-5 assist on the 15 degree slope. I used to get off and walk beside my mountain bike on the 15 degree grade. I get a better workout on the e-bike because I don’t need to coast to reduce the pain in my knees. (At 77, I have had 6 knee replacements, and the Flint is an incredibly smooth Godsend that responds perfectly to the leg force you apply.) Also, in pitch black darkness the headlight is perfectly aimed and gives the night a cozy feeling. I had misgivings about the steady, not flashing, rear light without cause. It is brilliant even in daylight. The bike weighs 41 pounds with the battery. The battery rattled at first which was easily remedied with a thin piece of plastic foam placed under it. Great bike! Great value! And the customer service lady is super nice! Recommend!

So far really enjoying the bike with all its components. Had no issues as of yet.

They took care of my broken parts that was sent and replaced it.

We purchased two Obsidian 2.0 bikes. We absolutely love them. They have all the features we were looking for and look sharp too. Mokwheel has been great to work with. When there was a minor issue with our order (missing cable) they remedied it quickly. Looking forward to a fun summer of bike riding!

I have worked with mokwheel for 4 years and they stand behind all their products. I have tried to sell multiple brands and it is hard to find a company that backs the product and backs their dealers 100% i can name at least four other brands we tried to sell but found that the quality and the "backing" of the dealer just didnt exist. IE COVID- we experienced multiple problems with communication, delivering of goods and customer service. Mokwheel made all the right changes and now we proudly have 3 locations with their products. thank you Mokwheel!

After ordering the part I needed I apparently ordered the wrong part. It was my fault and they made it easy to get me the right part.
